WHAT IS MBILLS?

mBills is a wallet on your phone that allows you to easily, quickly, and securely make payments with your phone or with the mBills Mastercard®. Connect the wallet to your bank account or top it up at the nearest Petrol station and pay at over 44 million sales points worldwide. The app is free to use. mBills is available regardless of which bank you have an account with.

WHAT DOES MBILLS ALLOW?

• Payment with the mobile wallet mBills.
• Easy overview and control of the balance in the wallet to pay anywhere and anytime – 24/7.
• Sending money to another person using their phone number.
• Payment with mBills wallet at selected points of sale (at major retailers, in restaurants, bars, and elsewhere) by scanning a QR code or displaying a barcode.
• Payment at vending machines and parking garages without the need for loose change.
• Free bill payments and automatic receipt of e-invoices in the wallet.
• Using the mBills Mastercard® debit card to pay at over 53 million sales points worldwide and online. The mBills Mastercard can also be connected to Garmin and Fitbit smartwatches. The mobile wallet is also connected to mobile apps such as Cashback and eHrana allowing easy integration and money transfers with Športna loterija. • mBills is authorized by the Bank of Slovenia for issuing electronic money and providing payment services.
• The security of mBills users' money is ensured by the most reliable computer systems through which up to €70 billion flows monthly for over 15 years.
• The money of mBills users is stored separately in special fiduciary accounts at Slovenian banks.
• Personal data of mBills users (e.g., user profile, accounts, transactions etc.) are not stored on the mobile phone but in a highly secure environment on a server.
